We carry LED products, electroluminescent products and accessories since 2005. Both lights are commonly used for commercial products, consumer products, safety products, advertisement, artwork, decoration, etc.
Payment:
Buyers can pay orders by credit card, debit card or PayPal account balance, We receive payments through PayPal. So, we don't know buyers' payment details. We don't ask for buyers' information over the phone or via email neither.
Shipment:
We ship orders through USPS or UPS. Normally, we ship orders within 1 business day from Chino Hills, California, USA. For oversea customers, please contact us for shipping cost.
Return:
Buyers may return items within 30 days of delivery. Buyers pay shipping cost to send items back. We pay shipping cost to send replacements. We will charge a flat fee for return. It takes 3 business days to issue refund.
